This website is operated by Ayyub Ali Fragrances, a fragrance house trading from Yakutpura Station Rd, Rangeela Shah Mohalla, Yakhutpura, Hyderabad, Telangana 500023, India. We have run a physical shop since 1986 and sell online in addition to it, not instead of it.

You may browse freely, and you may order either as a guest or with an account. To place an order you must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for anything done under your account.
• You agree not to interfere with the website, attempt to access other customers' data, or use automated tools to scrape or place orders.
• We may suspend or close an account that is used fraudulently or abusively.

We describe every fragrance as accurately as we can. Fragrance is personal and subjective: how a scent develops depends on skin, climate and how it is stored, so a description is a guide rather than a guarantee of how it will smell on you.

• Photographs are taken in our own studio. Colour can vary slightly between screens.
• Bakhoor and natural attars vary a little between batches by nature. This is a property of the material, not a defect.
• We may change or withdraw any product at any time without notice.

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Delivery is charged separately and is shown before you pay.

• The price charged is the price calculated on our server at the moment you pay, not the price your browser last displayed. If they differ, we stop and tell you before taking any money.
• Payment is collected by Razorpay on its own secured page. We never see or store your card number, CVV or bank credentials.
• An order is only confirmed once payment has actually reached us. Until then the items are held briefly and then released.
• If we discover a pricing error before dispatch, we will contact you and offer to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order with a full refund.

• Offers apply only while they are live. Adding a product to your bag during an offer does not reserve that price — the price is recalculated when you pay.
• Coupon codes must be entered at checkout. A code cannot be applied to an order after it has been placed.
• We may withdraw or change any offer at any time.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm the order after payment has succeeded.

• Stock is held only for the short window between starting checkout and paying. If payment is not completed within 30 minutes the items are returned to sale automatically.
• If an item sells out between your order and dispatch, we will contact you and refund that item in full.
• We may decline an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, or where delivery to your address is not practical.

We do not offer order cancellation through the website, and because fragrance is a sealed good we do not accept returns. The exceptions, and how refunds are handled, are set out in full in our cancellation policy and returns and refunds policy.

The Ayyub Ali Fragrances name, logo, product photography and written content on this site belong to us. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission. You may of course share links to our pages.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

• We are responsible for supplying goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality.
• We are not responsible for a reaction to a fragrance you are personally sensitive to. Please patch test a new product before use.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as courier disruption or natural events.
• Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.

We may update these terms as the shop changes. The version in force is the one published here on the day you place your order, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
